The Modern Traditional

Comerford took and infill lot with plenty of ocean views and designed a home that fit into its historic street. Outside, three floors of covered porches provide the views, while inside; an open plan brings the family together combining kitchen, dining and family room areas.

The clients wanted a private spa-like atmosphere on the third floor. Reflective water-like tile leads to a large whirlpool tub. A triple window let s the sunlight pour in completing the ethereal look of this space.
